Have to say a bit disappointed with this. When it was first racked it was sweet and fruity, and very drinkable. I tried a bottle of it last night that is 6 months old. It hasnt changed a bit. Too watery for my liking even tho I did brew it short. It's a nice fruity red, but I expected a little more after this much ageing :hmm:

I have been brewing Beaverdale Barolla, now known as Nabbiolo, for the last ten years or so, and have to admit it is most consistent, fruity, smooth, (no oak chippings) would recommend it anywhere.

Do you follow the instructions or are you altering it ?
