Yep, looks like it. I guess the "Dr Johnson" is to make a link in peoples minds with "Johnson's Baby Powder".
Anyway it seems to be : 1.3% w/w sodium Hypochlorite

So, like Milton, basically just bleach. But diluted for you, and no doubt sold at an exorbitant price!

Yeh, OK doesn't seem too exorbitant. I should read more carefully! :)
And yet......
Tesco sell 2l of bargain-basement bleach at about 30p. Not exactly sure, but I think it's likely to be around 5% w/w hypochlorite. Which, if true, would make the baby stuff over 7 times more expensive.
The other advantage of the stronger bleach is that it's more powerful. You can use it undiluted to attack very dirty or definitely infected kit, where a higher concentration of hypochlorite will be much more effective.
AARGGH! Just popped out to the kitchen - my much-vaunted Tesco bleach turns out to be 1.5% w/w. Damn :-(

I once put one in with the whites, so it went in with detergent.
It took me for ever to get the smell of detergent out of it.
Now I don't bother washing them, I just make sure they are sterile where they need to be.
