Landlord.
Ive just witnessed my Food and Beveridge Managers whole world colapse (sp) around him is a split second. We were talking about outstanding holiday days to be taken.
He came out with the classic line "Use them or loose them".
I went away and worked out all my "lieu" and holidays outstanding.
I then went back to him " Ive worked out all my outstanding days and Ive already agreed to work on News Years Day, so Ill finish on the 2nd Jan"
"When will you be back?"
"3rd of March"
USE THEM OR LOOSE THEM
