recently done one of the kits - sorry if there has already been a review ( couldnt find one)
Intial SG with 400G of brewing sugar 1.112 - Kit asks for 450G of sugar
Fermentation was fast for a kit - 9 days - Demijohn had a brew belt on to keep temp range between 20-24 during fermentation,
hydrometer reading after 9 days 1.008, took several reading over next week but stayed at 1.008 - ABV 13%
The wine does not seem to need to be "aged" before drinking, it has a nice fruity taste akin to a zinfandel ( my missus was a devout Zinf drinker before conversion to Whites) on finish
