Hi everyone just a quick question I started this 30 bottle beaverdale sauv blanc 7 days ago and already it's down to 0.996 with hardly any bubbles it says in the instruction 10-15 days I have kept the temp between 20-22 so just wandering if this is normal any help in this matter would be very grateful.

Times for fermentation can only be a guide as they all vary, if you are sure its .996 move on to the next stage. :thumb:

I've done a few wines and they complete in 7 days , others that take longer.
I've got an Elderflower that's been going like a steam train for over two weeks and is no where near finished. Trust the gravity reading - and taste !
