Hey hi everyone
I'm a chef based in london and have been working in Michelin star restaurants for the past 10 years ,and have recently started brewing as seems a natural progression to understanding food and how people enjoy it .

If you go AG you can grind your own flour to make a genuine malt-loaf and use the yeast from the bottom of the FV. :thumb:

Looking forward to some beer related recipes! (Please make them simple! :thumb:)
 
Good idea with the loaf lol need to come to terms with everything understand the flavours of the malts before I even attempt recipe design but will post once I'm there
