Hi, After reading up on the specs of Food-grade Silicone, i have small problem the temp range. So looking further a field, my best choice within the temp range was Aquarium Silicone, although I'm unsure if this can used with food or high ABV alcohol? Anyone using this or can offer advice?

Food-grade Silicone Sealant - Temperature stable +05°C to 40°C

Aquarium Silicone Sealant - Temperature stable -60°C to +200°C

Most Silicones are happy from about -60 to around +200C . . .although FlueMate will go up to +350C.

As for being food grade / potable then you are looking at stuff like Fernox LS-X or at a push the Aquarium sealants. . . .as they are less likely to leach anything at our desired temperatures
