when do bittering hops become aroma hops ?

If I add hops with 5 mins to go on a boil are they classed as aroma hops or should that be reserved for adding at flame out ?

yeah 5 mins for aroma , usually a lower aa than a bittering hop

Am I right in saying that from that chart you get more aroma from a 8 mins hop addition compared to flame out?
