citrus dry hopping,but with which kit shall i use them with

still kit brewing for now as ive still got 6 of them :whistle:,but I got one of them teabag hops (citra) and would welcome suggestions as to throw it in at the start of Fermention or late on as I want to enjoy the benefits of the hops fully, anyway the kits I have are
1 black rock riwaka
2.black rock nz company bitter
3.black rock pale ale
4.coopers IPA
5.coopers English bitter
6.john bull best bitter
also do I stick with the recommended fermentables as I have 1kilo of Muntons beerkit enhancer and 1 kilo of wilko DM,looking for a beer in the mid 4.5%AV with the after flavours of the hops

I think Citra works best in lighter ales. I've added Citra and Amarillo hops to coopers kits - Canadian Blonde and Australian Pale Ale, and both kits turned out to be a good base for these sorts of hop additions.
