Usually a beer maker but got given a year out of date premium 5 gallon wine kit. As it was free thought I might at well give it a go ..
Got it into a fermenter pretty late Sunday night. Was a little concerned as it was a bit out of date that it might not kick off but it's going like the clappers... 3 inches of foam and the air lock bubbling nicely.
Have to see how it turns out....
