Evening All!

My 3rd brew, Youngs American Pale Ale kit came out of the FV on Sunday and just tried a couple of bottles to check everything is normal.

I get the pale ale hoppy citrus taste at the end and that seems fine. Naturally carbonation will come, will cold condition this in the loft for a while.

The only thing I have noticed is that this seems to be a fairly dark colour. Appreciate that some 'pale' ales really aren't that pale, but having seen some of the pictures on here, I still think this is quite dark even at an early stage with Beer Brite in it.

Have attached a picture. What does everyone think? Too dark? Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks,

Sam.

Looks like a nice beer or two there!

Did it look anywhere near mine when it was a week or so out of the FV?
