Hi!
Everything looks OK.
Even if you had made the simple error of failing to install the dip tube you should get gas escaping when you open the party tap.
3/16 line has a resistance of 3psi/ft, so your serving pressure should be roughly 3 x line length. You've got it set at about 25psi, meaning about 8 foot of beer line. If you've got less than 8 foot of beer line burp the keg and dial down the pressure.

Cheers will give that a go later an see what's up, the dip tube is attached

A few ideas that may or may not help.

Looking at the photos the beer out disconnect seems to be sitting a bit high and may not be opening the poppet.

Pull the PRV to check there is pressure in the keg.

Connect the party tap direct to the disconnect to see if you simply have too much 3/16 line for the keg pressure.

Good luck

I think that the issue and stupidly I've broke a John guest fitting so need to wait till I've got a new one now
