I'm getting shut of this lot due to a failed project.

Now give in and ordered a control panel.
Consists of 2 10000w 220v ac voltage regulators with alloy heat sink size 130x60x45
2 40amp rated din rails
2 Omron Omron E5CN PID Temperature Controller, 48 x 48mm Platinum Resistance Thermometer, Thermocouple Input, 2 Output (these were not cheap)
2 large heat sinks
2 40amp SSR

Plus the enclosure

All new never been used

May I ask what the voltage regulators were for? I'm a bit confused as I either use a PWM module or the PWM function of the PID to control the boil.
