Can you get sanitiser wipes for when you don't want to make up a full solution? I.e. When taking a hydrometer reading you could just give it a wipe. I know you can get Milton wipes (baby bottles etc) would they work?

Just make a small amount of solution and a dedicated cloth or jay cloth providing it's no rinse.
Milton wipes will work though you may have an after taste if not rinsed.

Another vote for a spray bottle with a little starsan in. It lasts fair while and I just spray here and there as I touch or disturb things.

Another vote for the spray bottle of Starsan!

However, anti-septic wipes (I use the ones from the son of Morris) are great for cleaning up any sticky mess from wort drips and the like. I always have a pack in the brewery.
