Hello there. I'm new to posting in forums, but have read quite a few threads for advice in the past.
I've done quite a few brews and each one seems to get better. I regularly use Coopers with the Australian Pale Ale my favourite. I've only ever made them following the instructions with nothing else added (other than brew enhancer obviously), but I am hoping to be a bit more adventurous in the future.
I was about to order more Pale Ale from Tesco, but they're out of stock - how dare they!

Hello and welcome!

So what are thinking to up the ante? you could start by dry hopping.

Or what you thinking something on the lines of extract or partial mash?

I don't know where to start really as all I have done so far is follow the instructions on the tin!
What would be the easiest thing to do?
