We are in the process of brewing kombucha that we will bottle and sell.

As kombucha naturally carbonates we need to find large pressure rated containers for the second ferment. This way we can just add the brewed kombucha to this and leave it for a few days and it will naturally carbonate before we bottle it.

The problem is we are struggling to find large pressure rated containers. We will be doing it in batches of approximately 120 litres so would like containers that hold this quantity.

There are lots of drums/barrels/containers that would be ideal but they aren't pressure rated.

Any suggestions of a (not too expensive) container that would work?

EDIT: I think what we need is something like a King Keg pressure barrel except quite a lot bigger.
