I made some headcracker a while back, i figured they were just about ready to enjoy then the missus knocked the crate over (somehow) and jolted the bottles, they were pretty nicely cleared before hand and now they are all muddy again! On of the caps came off so i tasted it and it was pretty good, will the bottles clear again? If so how long will it take?
