I started brewing elderflower wine last week, I think I made a mistake, after filtering in to a demijohn after 4 days, i added yeast, no pectolase, as it reacted with natural yeast? So its just sunk to bottom and very little bubbles or fermenting happening. Can it be recovered? Please help

I made elderflower wine without any additional enzymes many times. What yeast did you use and how many hours ago did you pitch it?

Did you put sugar in it? You haven't mentioned such.
