Do you all force carb in a corny at the desired C02 level them bottle or do you carb slightly higher assuming a wee bit will be lost during bottling?

What's your process?

K

I just carb to the desired level and then really chill everything.
The amount you loose (if you do it well) is so small you won't notice.
If you carb to high you just end up with bottles of foam

yeah, crash/chill your keg and get your bottles cool as well.
adjust co2 pressure for filling and blowing as required/dare.
I don't really add extra forced carbonation for gun losses.

only 2 challenges... maybe 12 batches so far
1. very fizzy wheat bier, not too bad.

2. Mystery batch that was forced carb'd in parallel with one that was fine, whereas it was my 1st fizz mountain with the beer gun, no idea why it got soooooo extra over carb'd ????

great tool, works well - recommended
(so pleased I never tried to create my own effort this time)
