So LIDL have a fantastic offer on Cherries currently. Really nice flavor too.
I already have a cherry honey mead from last year, so figured beer time!

So I'm just getting into All Grain Brewing after starting my first short batch (5l) over the weekend. Seems to be doing well. I'm deliberately doing short brews to see what I like.
So riding the wave of confidence I decided to mash together a recipe .

I only currently have a 10Liter pot but looking to get a 15Liter Pot from ebay

It's based on a Blond Ale.
Currently, it's setup for 10 Liters which would give around 9l of beer.

Maris Otter Pale - 1.5KG
Light Crystal Malt - 100g
1KG Cherries adding in 2nd fermentation
Steep for 1 Hour
Boil for 1 Hour

I'm unsure of hops currently and the times for them.
I was thinking challenger for full boil time. Possibly 10G Pellets

All ideas are welcome. I'm new to all this
