You heard little wing from the royal Albert hall? probably the best thing that's ever graced my lug holes!!!!!

+1 Band of Gypsies, most definitely my favourite Hendrix era. Though some of my favourites songs of his are his solo compositions like 'Scorpio Woman' and 'Room full of mirrors (poem version)' on such albums as Morning Symphony Ideas an 'In the studio' two great albums for any Hendrix lovers out there, what am I saying; for any MUSIC lovers out there! Both albums contain a lot of raw unedited versions of songs and jams and some just with jimi playing around on his guitar, recorded straight onto his 8-track in his hotel room

BLISS!

Though to admit, one of his Live songs that sits close to my heart is 'Hey Baby (new rising sun)' Especially his isle of Wight rendition:

Truly phenomenal !!

But if I had to choose one f his songs to listen to for eternity It would be a song called 'Jimi Jam' Something about this song is just magical to me, almost hypnotic,

Oh it's on youtube!! :D Not the full version though.

I seem to have waffled on a bit  Sorry, Hendrix is my childhood hero and lifelong Idol, and I don't get to talk about him much anymore :(

Seriously though listen to scorpion woman, and some of his solo renditions!

Absolute Magic!!!!
