They are definitely not all the same, in my opinion! I have had the paper slip inside one of mine(took me a while to work out it had). Buy cheap, buy twice...

Which one from their range works for beer - ie measuring Specific Gravity from say 1.000 to 1.060 ?

And how does the kg/m3 relate to what we normally measure in eg SG of 1.010 ?

Edit: I remember in the instructions I got with my hydrometer there was a table, maybe the answers lie within that table, will check when home tonight.
 
Just found this thread while searching for a suitable replacement for the one I dropped. Turned out I had the Stevenson Reeves one as it's the brand Wilko sell. Think I'll buy two this time!
