Dunno about Gambrinus but HBC has Colorado Honey Malt in stock so that may serve your purposes

I've been keeping an eye out for some for the last year without success. I have an aunty who lives about 5 miles from the Gambrinus maltings in British Columbia and got her to send over a couple of pounds of the Honey Malt a few months ago. The postage is a killer. I have brewed with it and it is nice, but not worth the extortionate postage costs to get it in to this country. That Colorado Honey Malt is worth a try, don't think its the same though?

I may be wrong but I think Weyermann Carabelge is a reasonable substitute.
