I have just ordered some WLP630 Berliner Wiess yeast, thisa is from the website...

A blend of a traditional German weizen yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria to create a subtly tart, drinkable beer. Can take several months to develop tart character. Perfect for brewing traditional Berliner Weisse.

As it contains lactobacillus, do I need to use a dedicated FV?

If your cleaning regime is good then I don't think so. Lactobacillus is easier to shift than brettanomyces, oxyclean and starsan will do the job.
