Hello all
Next possible brew is a part mash of the Greg Hughes Mexican cerveza....including a Wilko cerveza single can as part of the fermentables. Hop list includes northern brewer at the start then 2 additions of crystal. I've got the crystal...all my northern brewer went in my cali common. ..
What can I sub the northern brewer with? I have..crystal,ekg,saaz,simcoe. ..and citra..or should I just reorder?

Either crystal (a the late hops are the same) or simcoe, as simcoe makes a good bittering hop because of it's low co-humolene percentage which makes for smoother bittering. I've used it myself as a bittering hop and can recommend it
