Did my first grainfather brew yesterday. Found it takes longer than the biab I did before. It was a nice experience and did it outside with no hiccups.

My recipe was
5250g Maris otter
300g caramalt
500g flaked oats
15g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra at 10 min
50g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra at 0 min
25g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra dry hop for 10 days
60g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra dry hop for 5 days.

Did a stepped mash 40c for 20min then 65c for 60 min.
60 min boil, reduced temp to 80c then whirlpooled flameout hops for 15 min with a paddle mixer.
Got high hopes for this one!
It's in the fermenting fridge at 18c

Looks good!

Quite an adventurous recipe with 500g of oats. I suppose this is the reason for the stepped mash?

That looks like a LOT of hops to me, but, hey-ho, a fashionable beer.
