Popped on a Coopers lager kit with an extra 500g of light DME in addition to the coopers brew enhancer 1 box

OG 1.045 so should get about 5.8% if it ferments out to 1.000 or 4.58% if it stops at 1.010

seemed rude not to after freeing up the bin after racking my Cellar 7 kit

Looks a bonny sight, right enough.

You sure you added a Light DME to your lager, because it looks as if it could have been a Medium or even Dark. Not that it is going to make much difference to the taste outcome, mind . The Coopers lager comes with an Ale yeast, so produces a pale ale. Sometimes even a not so pale ale.

yeh I thought it looked quite dark, but def light dma went in, the powder was almost white... I'll see how it looks in a week !
