Bottled my first lager the other day, it was a bit cloudy but hoping it will clear when i move it into the caravan where it is nice and cool. Started my Irish velvet stout kit yesterday, and i should be able to bottle my IPA in a few days. Whoo hoo looking good, my first forays into beer so it could go wrong but, he who dares, drinks.

The Irish Velvet stout is great. I have posted on it before, but if you use a tin of black treacle and some darker spraymalt, it can come out really 'full' - one for the winter evenings!

Good luck with it all - sounds like you have a nice production line going.

I have 4 -25 litre d johns on the go, and as i empty one i wash steralise and get it straight back on. The aim being that eventually i get to a point where i am drinking stuff a few months old
