Hey,

Ive had a play around making lager kits and wanted to make a Desperado style lager.

Ive read a thread where some one tried this a while back but wondered if anyone has tried this more recently and if you have any advice?

Ive read about using Tequila essence and adding this to a second fv but didnt know if it would be tastier, stronger or even work if actual tequila used?

Any advice?
Kind regards
Rob

I plan to do this one too but am building up bottle collection first as lager doesn't sit well in a barrel.

I've got a tin of Wilkos Cerveza, a bottle of tequila flavour essence, a kg of light malt and a litre of decent lime cordial on standby :D
