Well it's been a week in the warm. Few hours in fridge to give it a very early tasting. And,,,,,,,,, it tastes very good. Even Mrs likes it. Still develop more I reckon and will fizz up a bit more I hope. Not flat but bit more would be good. Bloody nice drink though. That hop is lovely!!

Re bottling.
Sanitising is like water torture.
The filling bottles bit is like a therapy session. Hypnotic and gratifying.
Leave clean up til later.

Yes another week will make a big difference. Proper carbonation will really make it a beautiful ale, I reckon.

You can't beat it!! What my daleks and carrying case. I go where others follow!! That is the Mrs handbag. But she likes that beer so I'll be checking she's not slipping any into the transporting vessel!!

Took 6 bottles round to a birthday BBQ at some friends yesterday. A few people tried this beer and were amazed it was made by myself. Everyone loved it. One asked if I'd make him a keg of it.
