So I've currently got 20 bottles of ale fermenting and 6 bottles of rose wine fermenting.

Just realised I may have made a massive rookie mistake!

The ale kit instructions said to add 3 litres of warm water, stir well and then add 7 litres of cold water.

This 10 litres of water all came out of my kitchen tap......should all of it been boiled and then cooled? could I have infected/ruined all my batches?

Dont worry. It is probably fine. The yeast should eat through the sugars quickly enough to make it unfavorable for bacteria before an infection takes hold. This isn't always the case, but you would be unlucky if you do get an infection.

All my water comes out of the taps not had a problem it will be fine

Never brew with anything else but tap water, even the hot stuff to wash out the kit pouches etc. Never had any issues.

Tap water has chlorine in it so its not a problem.

Purists like me prefer filtered water but there is more risk with this due to the lack of chlorine i feel.
