Mash went well, just bringing her up to the boil

Transferred to secondary tonight...lots of trub with this one!

OG 1042 currently at 1007, so I'm looking at 4.5%. Happy with that, it's gone lower than expected. The S04...gets down quick and well every time!

Looking forward to giving it s taste, very nice out of the trial jar

So what's the dog's favourite beer style ?

Marstons pedigree chum

I'll get my coat. I think I've even made that gag before, about bungle's dog, maybe? Still, if it's worth telling once...

Bottling this tomorrow night, been in secondary for two weeks.

Now, I'm usually a keg person but as this brew is for Xmas and i plan on taking it to various houses, I want to bottle it. Will there be enough yeast in it still to carbonate?

Due to circumstances beyond my control (I jumped in a plane and came to fuerteventura), the brew is now going to sit in secondary for 3 weeks. Is this going to be ok still to bottle?

Fantastic! Thanks mate.

If I leave it this long I usually end up kegging it. Looking forward to getting back and getting this bottled!
