10g Savinjski Goldings (2.5% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
10 g Savinjski Goldings (2.5% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 66ðC for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 18ðC with Wyeast 1469
Originally it was going to be a pseudo lager fermented at 16C using WLP001 but I had a pint of Sam Brooks Pump House pale ale on the weeked which I really liked so I thought I Englishify it and turn it into a blonde/pale ale using WY1469
