2.3Kg Lager Malt
1.5 Vienna
110g Caramunich I

14.6g Styrian Dana (11.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
10g Savinjski Goldings (2.5% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
10 g Savinjski Goldings (2.5% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 18°C with Wyeast 1469

Originally it was going to be a pseudo lager fermented at 16C using WLP001 but I had a pint of Sam Brooks Pump House pale ale on the weeked which I really liked so I thought I Englishify it and turn it into a blonde/pale ale using WY1469

Looks nice MyQul. I love a decent amount of Vienna.

My latest brew that I've been drinking is a Vienna pseudo lager/hybrid ale from GH's book which of course is mostly vienna malt.Absoluty lovely.

Cant remember where I nicked the grist bill from but I've just used what I have in my freezer and my favoured IBU:OG ratio for the hops
