Made some Sloe Wine October 2015 and its still in a demijohn, I've racked it a few times and cant see any sediment on the bottom.

Only trouble is its still as cloudy as the day I made it - would have though it would have cleared by now?

Ive never used anything to clear hedgerow wines before, I find that time and racking seems to do the trick but is there anything I can do with this batch?

First time Ive made Sloe Wine so lost for ideas

Thank you!

Use finings - kwik clear or any locally you can get from wilkos or a tescos with homebrew section or a local hb store. The plum/damson type wines sometimes do this not sure why.

Oh cool, when do I add them?

Thank you!
