Hi All
I have decided to join this group as I read many of the forums which are helpful.
Ii am an Australian X-pat living in denmark and perfer reading in english, so HBF is a good source of reading material.
This year has been unsucesful with 1 out of 4 brews not being gushers, so I am working on sterlization techniques.
Ii was supposed to brew today, but the milled grain is a fews weeks old and might replace it next week as I think this could be my problem that wild yeast is geting into the grains as the past 3 have been stored for a week or two before brewing.
