Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere…

I’m going to make another attempt at a wheat beer and wanted some feedback about my intended approach.

I’m going to use a coopers kit, add 1kg of 2 x Crushed Wheat Malt, coriander and orange peel.

Can you recommend what type of sugar to use. I was thinking about golden syrup?

Also, how much orange peel (I’ve bought dried) and coriander? I like strong flavours but not overpowering.

When should I add the orange/coriander? When all items are added to the primary fermenter when I add the yeast?

Advice about how to prepare (boil and make a tea " how long) would be really helpful.

Sorry, I’m new " details would be appreciated!

Take care.
Kakistos.

Here-
ale
there is a wheat recipie or two on there, may be of some interest!
You could do an extract wheat with just wheat spray malt, some grains to steep and some hops and your peel and corriander,it's easy to do. Have done three wheat beers that way and all have been pretty good
