Safale 04.. Tubs?

Hey guys,

This is a great yeast for turbo cider - but I can only seem to find it in sachets!

Can you get it in tubs so that you can spoon out as much as required then just reseal it?

Charles Faram does a 500g box for about 17 quid.

You do need an account and last I heard they were reluctant to give them out just in case you tried to order hops.... :roll:

Whilst I have dealt with them before and as such am a "known customer", I don't think they have such strict rules around who they sell to as was reported last year.

Worth trying them.

My experience begs to differ as does that of a fair few fellow brewers up here.
