I think I almost did a Wez.

Brewing at the commercial brewery today. Whilst recirculating the water in the HLT, one of the hoses came loose and decided to spray me with several tens of gallons of 80degC water at pressure. One trip to A&T later...

I'm fine, just very sore with a now badly blistered arm and armpit, but remember to always check the tightness of your connections, especially the factory fitted ones that you least expect to fail.

Jesus, that's bad.

Did dislodge my manifold in my mash tun once and thought about putting on a marigold to refit it... Took me about 2 seconds (and a quick touch) to realise 67C temps are bad; I just had a VERY slow sparge! Hope you heal OK.

Sorry to hear about you injury - you couldn't have foreseen that one.

Very bad. Get well soon.

Ps. Was the brew okay, that's the main thing...
