I am on my way to an SCB meeting but as I am a bit early I thought I would pop into an old haunt of mine - the Theatre Royal Bar at the top of Leith Walk.

I noticed that B&T was on keg so that is what I am drinking and I am not impressed. Its a pale imitation of the cask version. The hops are dull and it is far too sweet.

Such a dissapointment and a bad waste of £3.60.

I'm surprised about that D  , I love Bitter and Twisted but then I usually drink it on cask. Hope you have a good one :thumb:

I knew they were kegging it but I haven't had a taste yet. It is fairly new so they'll probably have to play around with the hops a bit.

Yes, I am a big fan of the cask version too. This keg beer really was not the same beer.
