I'd choose something really niche most people would hate, like The Shah Sleeps in Lee Harvey's Grave by the Butthole Surfers or The Ides of March by Floor. Its a real party stopper (trust me) but there's usually one other person in room who understands.

Close,very close second All along the Watchtower by Jimi Hendrix superb in a vault bar when the sound moves from one speaker to the other and back again! Another of my mate Dylan's songs which he now sings in the style of Hendrix which he admitted was the better version.
