Default Hi from the uk

Hello everyone my names phil, I'm new to homebrew. I've just started my first lot of easy wine blackcurrant and one apple, and it's bubbling away nicely. Hopefully I can get some good tips here and make some friends.

phil

Default Welcome.

Hi Phil

I have 23 litres Blackcurrant on the go, nearly finished fermenting now.
Also, 40ish litres of Apple to be made into wine rather than Cider.

Hi john, how long has yours been fermenting for? Mine will be 5 days today and still bubbling away.

Hi Phil,
It has been on the go for about a month now. I prefer to ferment to dryness, nothing worse than it starting to re-ferment in the bottle.
John.
