Nix here, a girly brewer based in East Anglia. Just getting back into the brewing and wine making thing after a break of about 5 desperately thirsty years. I learnt the craft when I lived in Canada, so am getting my head around all the differences in equipment etc. Getting my AG set up finished in the next day or so and hope to make the first batch this weekend (if the coolbox turns up in time).
Just sipping on a the first glass of kit 'Barolo' which is not bad at all.
Anyways, just saying hi, and have found lurking around in the background of the forum really helpful with setting up the AG system!
