Any tips welcome about speeding up fermentation of beer?

I'm using 90% spray-malt, 9% white sugar and 1% honey.

I've added Youngs Yeast Nutrient, Yeast-Vit for vits and minerals, and dead yeast hulls.

Any more ideas ?

Just make sure that your brew maintains an even temp throughout fermentation (whatever is recommended for the yeast you are using).

Personally I feel that anything 'extra' you do to your brew is going to have an effect on the yeast and therefore flavour.

Why :?
The brewing process is something that takes time for best results to be obtained. You can speed it up by wacking up the temperature, but the result will not be the same at a gentle fermentation.
A good starter yeast starter and a constant temperature is the way to be going I think. ;)

Try using a yeast starter so that you are pitching quite a volume of yeast. I reawaken a yeast cake from my previous brew by putting it in a dj with about a litre with 200g of spray malt I think. Leave it afew days then brew you beer and pitch.
