though id give this kit a try as a change from the more mainstream ones, brewed as per instructions without any tinkering, sg was 1048 and finished at 1010 used a fish tank heater as a bit cold in the back room, a little darker than i was expecting but after 4 weeks in the keg its turning into a very nice pint, needs at least 2 more weeks though as its got a bit of a tang to it and not quite clear yet which i hope will mellow with age,
overall im pleased with the results and will be doing another of their kits in the future

a short update on this kit, now after over 6 weeks in the keg its a superb pint still quite a dark beer but it dont taste like you would think its quite light but full of flavour and not heavy very easy to drink more than you should. :drink:
