Hi all

I was hoping to get a ten litre stout brew on this evening, but I have slightly less Maris Otter to hand than I reckoned. After tweaking a few things through online calculators I have come up with this:

1.4 kg Maris Otter
200 g crystal malt
200g roasted barley
50 g chocolate malt
50g black malt.

Mash at 66.7 for an hour

At boil:
12g fuggles
12g goldings

Does that seem reasonable? Any comments most welcome!

Yes that looks good. 10% crystal, 10% RB, 2.5% choc and 2.5% black. Roughly. And about 35 IBUs.
