Hi,
My all grain brews started out as "clones" of existing beers (from the Graham Palmer book), diversified by tweaking those recipes, and I now brew some recipes of my own invention.
In all this I've never made a SMaSH!
So I'm now thinking of correcting that (with Aurora hops and Maris Otter to start with).
I was wondering if anyone has tried blending SMaSHs with different hops to then guide a recipe using multiple hops. For example two smashes one with styrian golding hops, and one with amarillo, then blend with differing proportions of each, decide what ratio you prefer, then make a brew accordingly.
