So this grain bill would use up all my spare grains and open bags that are lying around.
1kg pale malt
1kg Munich
300g Victory
250g Crystal 60L
200g torrified wheat
50g chocolate malt
At 15l brew length BeerSmith estimates an OG of 1.041 and SRM of 13.8. Whack in some EKG and have I got a serviceable bitter there do we reckon?
