Planning to brew this tomorrow but still not sure how much liquorice to add :wha: I'm looking for a hint of liquorice similar to Badgers Poacher

Pale Malt 5000 grams
Crystal Malt 300 grams
Chocolate Malt 175 grams

Challenger 7.6 % 90 mins 30 grams
Fuggle 3.8 % 90 mins 15 grams
Golding 6.8 % 0 mins 30 grams
Liquorice stick 30 mins 30g

Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.013
Bitterness: 28 EBU
Colour: 79 EBC

sacred and healing beers suggest that 1/3 of an ounce per 5 gal ( think that Us gals) wort to give colour and sweetness to the body to beers
it is 50 times sweeter than sugar and doesnt ferment, so be carefull how much you add.

Thanks guys, In Radical Brewing by Randy Mosher it suggests 1 ounce in 5 gallons. 1 stick is 26g so that is the current plan, but things may change by the time the boil is underway a little later.

My brew day was going to plan (sparging at the moment) but my new phone has just been delivered so I'm likely to cock-up the brewing now.
