After a few years of doing wine and turbo cider, I pulled the trigger on starting my small batch all-grain beer brewing journey.

I used the Punk IPA kit from Brooklyn Brew Shop and it went a lot easier than I thought it would. Thanks to everyone who answered my previous posts about BIAB and things.

Anyway... here's a wee photo album of the brew https://imgur.com/gallery/SPC8R

Good job! [emoji122]

Photos look good too. I also did my first brew using that kit. I found it really simple and easy to follow too.

It didn't take long before I was hooked. Enjoy! [emoji41][emoji482]

Cool. Nice photos. Hope it turns out well for you. When I started all grain it took quite a few brews before I was making decent beer but since then - 2 1/2 years - been turning out some pretty decent stuff.

Loads of us from Tayside on here. A shame that there are no homebrew shops nearby.

And then one on Albert Street. Neither were any good unfortunately. I suspect it's the sort of business that requires you to do it on a large scale for there to be any profit.
