Morning all,
I've done a couple of brews in my new boiler with a 2.4kw element.
Once it gets up to boiling it seriously goes! It's a bit more vigorous than I really need. Can any of you electronically minded folks suggest any kind of voltage regulator so I can turn the heat down a little once it's up to speed?
